Michigan adds 426 coronavirus cases Sunday with no new deaths

The Michigan health department has reported an additional 426 coronavirus cases Sunday, bringing the statewide total to 82,782.

There were no deaths reported by the state's health department Sunday, and the statewide death toll remains at 6,206.

Michigan administered 25,623 diagnostic tests Saturday, with 848 tests returning with positive results. This brings Saturday's testing positivity rate to 3.31%.

As of Friday, Michigan reported that 60,022 coronavirus patients have recovered, which is calculated 30 days from the onset of illness.

In addition, Michigan has reported 8,976 probable coronavirus cases and 251 probable deaths, bringing the state totals to 91,332 coronavirus cases and 6,457 deaths.
